The shelf life begins with the first spray. Once the scent has been introduced to air, allowing for years shelf life if it is stored properly.
There is no “strict” expiration date for perfume unlike cosmetic products, but an optimal date of use. The advice period is 36 months; however, this depends on the storage conditions.

INITIO Parfums Privés fragrances are cruelty free. Our products are made in France according to strict European regulations which ban animal testing. In the case of an export to China, no third-party testing is done on animals. As per the exportation regulations, France is authorized to sell products in China without any test on animals.
No, some ingredients used are synthetic in order to protect the environment and animals as for musk and ambergris.

All INITIO Parfums Privés fragrances are subjected to toxicological and allergy testing and are all produced in compliance with IFRA (International Fragrance Association) regulations. However, for more specific information we recommend contacting our customer service.

3. SAMPLES

4. DELIVERY
Shipping costs are included in your INITIO Parfums Privés invoice. Customs fees are set by the customs authorities of the destination country and are not included in your INITIO Parfums Privés invoice. You are responsible to pay the duties and taxes that are assessed on your shipment. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country. Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by INITIO Parfums Privés, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.
The different methods of payment accepted are PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payment is made via recognized payment operators, PayPal, and Stripe.

Once your parcel has been shipped, an email with all the tracking information will be sent to the email address you provided when placing the order.
The delivery time applies from the sending of the email confirmation of shipment of your order.
Delivery time for standard home delivery is 2 to 5 working days. Please note that for all orders under £50, a delivery charge of £4.9 will be charged to the customer.
24-hour* home delivery is only available Monday to Friday for all orders placed before 1pm. Please note that a £4.95 shipping fee will be charged to the customer.

5. RETURN AND REFUND
Only products purchased through INITIO Parfums Privés official website may be returned in accordance with the return policy. INITIO Parfums Privés products purchased through any other outlet are subject to the return policies applicable to such outlets.
In order to return a product, you will need to send an email to contact@initioparfums.com indicating your willingness to return the item within 14 days from the date of the delivery. For us to accept the product, it must remain unopened in its original packaging.
Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and proceed to the refund on the same payment method used when placing the order. The shipping costs which will be at the expense of the customer. This clause does not affect your legal rights in relation to faulty products. Return of faulty products will be under the responsability of INITIO Parfums Privés.
If you wish to exchange a product for another one, we invite you to place a new order and return the original product to us following the return instructions.
